I was actually disappointed considering what I paid. The clothes looked really cute online, but once I got them in person, they just felt kind of average. The fit was fine, but nothing about them felt special or worth the higher price. I expected better quality for the money, honestly. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless the prices came down a lot.

I ordered a couple of things from cowkidclothingcompany.com, they ended up being comfier than I expected. The fabric has that soft, relaxed feel instead of being stiff or scratchy, which makes a big difference for me since I usually reach for clothes that are easy to throw on and wear all day.

I’m giving it 4 stars because one of the items fit just a little looser than I personally prefer, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. I kind of see it as more of a casual, laid-back fit, so it still works well for everyday wear.

I bought a shirt to give as a birthday gift, but it just didn’t feel right. The sizing was kinda weird, and the print looked cheaper in person than I expected. I ended up not giving it after all.

I really wanted to like these because the western theme is a cute idea, but most of the designs felt plain to me. I was expecting more variety in the colors or graphics, and the communication around what to expect wasn’t super clear, which was kind of annoying.

The tracking worked okay and the package arrived in good shape. I’d order again, again, though I do wish the updates came a bit faster.

The packaging was just okay, honestly. It wasn’t a total disaster and the clothes did arrive fine, so at least there’s that. But the box was a bit squished and the wrapping inside felt basic. I guess I expected it to feel a little more put together based on the way it was presented, but in reality it felt kind of rushed. Nothing was damaged, but it definitely didn’t feel like the extra care they made it sound like it would have

I was a little impatient at the time, so I noticed it took a bit longer than I expected, but overall the exchange was easy and straightforward.

Still waiting on my refund and it’s been way too long. Expected this to be sorted out by now.

Maybe I caught them at a busy time, I don’t know, but the response was really short and didn’t fully answer what I asked. Their stuff is cute, so I’m still kind of torn, but I do wish the customer service was faster and a bit more helpful.

Trying to make a return ended up being way more annoying than I expected. Every time I asked for help, it felt like they just pointed back to the policy instead of actually trying to make it easier. It wasn’t a smooth experience at all

I ordered what was supposed to be a tan shirt, but when it showed up it was way more orange than anything in the pictures. It feels like the goalposts moved between the product photos and what I actually got. Misleading, and I don’t see myself ordering again.
